Policies
We must have your full name, Address (no PO
Boxes), and (optional) a phone number.
Your package can be shipped to a PO Box,
but we must have a residential address on file.

The easiest way to purchase is through our
online shopping cart.
We also accept Personal Checks, Money Orders, or Cashiers
Checks.
International Customers:
In order for us to accept Paypal payments, you
are required to purchase Express Mail (EMS) S&H, due to Paypal's
protection policy.
We would need an itemized list by email, of the products you are
ordering (Stock numbers, pricing, quantity) so we can figure out the
EMS S&H costs. The standard web site S&H fee &/or free
shipping on $100.00 orders, does Not apply to International purchases.
USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate (for non-Paypal payment orders only) is $11.00 USD for Canada.
USPS Priority Mail International flat rate (for non-Paypal payment orders only) is $13.00 USD for most other countries.
To qualify for the International Flat Rate S&H, we accept Personal Checks, Money Orders, or Cashiers
Checks. (In US Funds-Drawn on a US Bank).
You also have to be in a country that accepts Global Priority Packages.
We accept US Cash, but we do not recommend sending
it through the US Postal Service.
**If paying by check, we have the right to hold
your check for up to 14 days, or until cleared by our bank.
We charge a $25.00 Fee on all returned Checks.
If sending payment by mail, please include
the stock number(s), with your payment.

S&H is free for orders $100.00 or more in goods.

USA Customers
If you need Priority Shipping or Express shipping,
that is not included & will need to be purchased as extra.
Orders generally ship in Approximately 2-5 Business (working) days after we receive payment.
If an order is large or we are extremely busy, it may take a day or so longer.
If you need an order Rushed, that needs to be mentioned in the payment & we will try & ship the order within 2-3 days if possible.
Return Policy:
If a defective product is received, we will replace
or fix the item.
We charge a 25% Restocking fee on any returned
item, for any reason.
S&H or our Shipping Costs (if shipping was free), is non-refundable.
